level like fatty meats, deep fried foods and burgers. Ribs and sausage, pork, ham, bacon

and salami are considered as fatty meats. Not only the above said food items, it is also

advised to minimize the intake level of dairy products like milk, cheese, cream and

cottage cheese.

You can have sandwich meat, mayonnaise, butter, nuts, sauces and margarine in restricted quantity. It is possible to get better substitutes for the above said high fat foods.

Be a Busy bee


It is better to do more workouts to keep your body healthier. Do plenty of simple

workouts like walking with your dog; playing with your kids and friends. It is most important to avoid lifts and escalators while climbing stairs, try to climb through steps. There is no need to do hard workouts for more than an hour in modern gymnastics, Sprint and weight lifting. Simple and easy workouts can do better.

Avoid Pollution

It is not possible to live in smoke free atmosphere in modern days. Try to avoid pollution as much as you can. Stay out of polluted areas, smoke filled rooms, and high traffic areas. It is better to do the outside workouts, in an area packed with lot of plants.

Give up Smoking

It is very important to avoid smoking. Smoking is very dangerous to the health. Smoking


is not only harmful for those who are smoking, but it indirectly affects the neighbors also by breathings the smoke.

Minimize the intake of alcohol

It is advised by the doctors to have a single dose of wine to stay away from the heart

related problems. You should be very careful that it should not exceed the limits. Excess

drink can cause major health problems with kidney, liver and cancer.

Floss Your Teeth


It is accepted that there is a healthy relationship between long life and teeth flossing.

But the reason is unrevealed. People those who are concentrating on teeth will definitely

have more conscious on their health.
